Provider Agreement

You are an independent contractor or independent business, not an employee, agent, partner, franchisee, or joint venturer of TravelGuideConnect. You control how you deliver your services.

You must keep your profile, pricing, service descriptions, qualifications, and availability accurate at all times. Misleading listings, false credentials, or deceptive imagery may result in immediate removal.

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining every licence, permit, consent, waiver, tax registration, and insurance policy required to legally offer your services in each jurisdiction where you operate.

If a service requires regulated approval, you may not list or perform it until you have that approval. Any verification or onboarding review by TravelGuideConnect is not a substitute for your legal obligations.

You are responsible for the safety, suitability, and lawful delivery of every service you provide, including staff behaviour, subcontractors, vehicles, venues, equipment, and emergency response planning.

You negotiate and collect all fees directly with users unless a separate written platform workflow states otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, receipts, refunds, and maintaining any legally required business records.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you upload. You grant TravelGuideConnect a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display that content to operate and promote the platform.

• Treat users respectfully and without discrimination.
• Communicate honestly about delays, cancellations, and limitations.
• Do not solicit off-platform payments through deceptive conduct.
• Do not upload copyrighted, unsafe, or unlawful content.

We may suspend, restrict, or remove your listings or account where we identify safety concerns, regulatory risk, fraud, repeated complaints, or policy violations.

You agree to indemnify and hold TravelGuideConnect harmless from claims, losses, penalties, or investigations arising from your listings, services, conduct, legal non-compliance, or disputes with users.
